Our work
Practical solutions, education and advocacy for people and planet.
01Why our work is connected
Pollution destroys livelihoods. Floods close schools. Poverty limits opportunity. The challenges facing Nigerian communities are connected, so we do not tackle them one at a time.
Our work brings together the environment, education, clean energy, water, livelihoods and accountability. Every programme is shaped by the communities it serves, delivered with partners, and measured so we know it works.

03How every programme works
1
We start with communities’ own priorities and knowledge.
2
We bring together the government, civil society and private partners each solution needs.
3
We deliver practical projects, education and advocacy on the ground.
4
We measure results, learn from them and share what works so others can build on it.
Our impact
Behind every number is a story from a community we work with. See them on the map.

2026 · Ikot Ukpong Iman and Ikot Umiangede, Etinan LGA
We convened stakeholders for a Lessons Learnt Workshop to mark the end of the project "Application of Nature-Based Solutions (Reforestation and Agroforestry) for Sustainable Forest Restoration and Livelihoods' Resilience", supported by the UNDP-GEF Small Grants Programme. Outcomes: documented lessons and best practices, strategies to sustain restoration, stronger community ownership, sustainable livelihoods, and options to replicate the approach elsewhere.

2026 · Rumukuta Government Girls School, Port Harcourt
For some students the school day doesn't end at the final bell. Learning continues at home, after sunset, when reliable light can be hard to find. So we visited Rumukuta Government Girls School in Port Harcourt with something simple but powerful: solar lamps, handed out with the Port Harcourt Golden Lions Club. It was about better conditions for girls to learn, grow and pursue their dreams.

2026 · Perfect Start Academy
To mark the International Day of Zero Tolerance for FGM and the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, our team visited Perfect Start Academy in Rivers State. We talked openly with students about harmful practices, girls' rights and why girls should consider careers in STEM. Every girl deserves protection, opportunity and a future without limitations.
