
We’re Hiring: Content & Social Media Manager

📍 Location: Port Harcourt, Nigeria (On-site)
🕒 Employment Type: Full-time, In-office — 5 days/week (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
💰 Salary: ₦100,000 per month
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Content & Social Media Manager to own and grow our online presence. If you’re passionate about brand storytelling, community engagement, and digital media, this is your chance to make an impact.
This role covers social media, content creation, design, short-form video, events, webinars, and podcasts. You’ll be the voice and visual engine of our brand, helping us connect with audiences online and offline.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
- Create content calendars, track metrics, and boost engagement.
- Write compelling copy for posts, campaigns, and digital channels.
- Design eye-catching graphics (Canva or equivalent).
- Produce/edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
- Cover events with live updates, photos, and video content.
- Manage weekly webinars and a monthly podcast (planning, production & promotion).
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content with organisational priorities.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing social media and producing content.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Design ability (Canva or similar tools).
- Experience with video creation/editing.
- Familiarity with podcast or webinar production (a plus).
- Organised, creative, and ready to work in-person in Port Harcourt.
