CALL FOR VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS
Prime Initiative for Green Development (PIGD) is implementing the project “Application of Nature-Based Solutions for Sustainable Forest Restoration and Livelihoods’ Resilience in Selected Rural Indigenous Communities of Etinan LGA, Akwa Ibom State” with support from the Global Environment Facility Small Grants Programme (GEF-SGP).
We invite qualified vendors and suppliers to express interest in providing goods and services required for the successful execution of this project.
Required Supplies and Services Include:
- Tree Seedlings Supply (various native species, quantity: 1,200)
- Forestry and Field Tools (spades, hoes, hand trowels, watering cans, measuring tapes, GPS devices, touch lights, etc.)
- Training Materials (stationery, printed manuals, IEC materials, banners, project signage)
- ICT and Mapping Equipment (laptops, tablets, internet devices, GIS software support)
- Solar Power Solutions (portable solar panels for training venues and field use)
- Event & Training Logistics (venue setup, refreshments, chairs, tents, audio-visual equipment)
- Protective and Field Gear (rain boots, gloves, reflective jackets, hats)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a registered business entity in Nigeria with valid CAC certificate.
- Proven track record in supplying similar goods or services.
- Ability to deliver to Etinan LGA, Akwa Ibom State.
- Competitive pricing and quality assurance.
- Compliance with environmental and safety standards.
Application Requirements:
Interested vendors/suppliers should submit:
- Company profile with contact details.
- Evidence of registration (CAC certificate).
- Tax Identification Number (TIN).
- Evidence of similar contracts executed (at least 2 references).
- Quotation or price list for items/services offered.
